Cleaned 27 air registers / air returns.

Steve and his son cleaned our air vents. They were both very polite, friendly and helpful in answering my questions. They arrived on time and walked through the house to locate all the registers. Then they sat down to go over pricing, sign the disclaimers (you might get a little dust, might have a "burnt toast smell" for a day, don't know of any asbestos/lead inthe house, that sort of thing). Then they got to work. Took about 3 hours or so. They were considerate and put on booties when walking on our carpet upstairs. Cleaned up well after themselves: primarily in the basement where they had to sweep - there was no visible dust in any of the upstairs rooms. This is a NOISY service. I suspect this is true for all of the air duct cleaners. Steve took before and after pictures to show the clean metal - writing the date in the dust and then on the vent to prove that these weren't just old pictures. Overall I was impressed by their service and would recommend them without hesitation. Felt they were thorough in their work, honest and considerate in my home.

Steve informed me of what looked the dirtiest and what didn't look as bad. I agreed that we should go ahead with the cleaning and he gave me an estimate before they got started. They worked quickly and cleaned up after their work. They took photos of the completed work when they were done. Member Comments: I was very happy with this service. They went out to get a filter replacement for our furnace ( because it was bent up) before they got started. They were honest and explained the process of the cleaning. They worked very quickly and I noticed a much cleaner system than before. A day or so later I did notice a bit of leaking from our furnace and I called up Steve to see if it could have been connected to the service. He was very responsive and willing to come right out and check it. He ended up cleaning a section that had gotten gummed up and even bought a small part to fix an issue that existed. He did all of this free of charge and was happy to do it. He also did some extra taping in an area to make sure our AC was efficient. We have had no issues since he came back to resolve the issue. I felt Steve went above and beyond to make sure that the ducts were cleaned and in working order, but also he took time to make sure the HVAC system was working as efficiently as before if not more efficiently than before. I also felt confident that he was willing to help me with the leak regardless if it even resulted from the cleaning. Thanks for your great service and taking pride in your work. Steve the owner and his son came over to clean my ducts today and did a wonderful job. I have allergies and this really helps me when it's done well. They are efficient, nice, and easy to work with, and his son Zach is very polite and helpful. I was really pleased with how punctual and attentive they were to all my questions and needs. I really like that they are a father and son team and honest to show you photos of before and after. It only took a couple of hours and they are both dog friendly which is a plus for me! I really like that he owns the company and does the work himself that is important to me. Excellent work

Steve and his son came and cleaned the air ducts for our home (approx. 1200 sq ft., single furnace).
Member Comments:
Steve was great at explaining things and showed up promptly to do the cleaning. We had gone back and forth about whether we should clean the ducts -- since there seems to be a debate about whether it actually helps indoor air quality -- but after seeing the amount of dust, etc. that came out of the ducts, I am glad we did it. The equipment was large but was able to fit down into our basement; the whole job took a couple of hours. It was a little noisy, but not too bad. There was also a bit of dust coating things afterwards, but he did say that was common, given the nature of the work, so I'm not going to complain. He showed me "before" and "after" photographs of the ducts so I could get a good sense of the work they did to clean them. Again, Steve was very good at explaining, not patronizing, and easy to work with. I also really liked that he was able to take credit cards, and didn't complain about having to do it -- so many contractors give you a hard time if you want to pay that way! I would choose them again -- although he said ducts really only need to be cleaned every 10 years...

We had our ducts cleaned by Airborne and they were very professional (father and son team) and trustworthy and respectful of me and my home. They did a wonderful job, explained the process, showed me status of what they were doing, and did
a great job of clean up after. They were very knowledgeable regarding not only their trade, but even of my furnace, including cleaning one of the filters (a screen) in there. I highly recommend them.

Steven and his son came by today and did a phenomenal job of cleaning our vents. When he first came in we sat down and discussed our concerns regarding vents and air quality in the house. We have children with allergies and one of them has asthma. He was very concerned about my son and cleaned my vents in a way that wouldn't trigger my son's asthma. He was very sensitive to our needs. He also showed us pictures of what our vents looked like before they were cleaned and while they were being cleaned and even after. The biggest plus for me was that he educated us on how to clean our home on a daily basis such as floors, carpeting, counters, drapery, upholstery in a way that is environmentally safe for our family's needs and health issues. He also had a lot of references for other services that he highly recommends to help with keeping the home allergy and asthma friendly.
He is also flexible with his schedule and it made me feel good that him being the owner he came out and didn't send an unexperienced employee to do his work for him. I had my vents cleaned a couple of years ago and it was a real bad experience and Steven has revived my faith in cleaning my vents. Excellent work wouldn't call anyone else again. Description Of Work: Steve Larson and his son provided duct cleaning for a house built in 1949 that had never had its ducts cleaned. This service was paid for through another company, Emanuel Brothers Heating and Cooling, as part of a heating and A/C installation package.
Member Comments: Steve and his son spent a half of a day setting up and cleaning the ducts. At the end of the session they showed me how much dust/dirt they had collected which was considerable. They were efficient, thorough and cleaned up beautifully. Apparently, the owner, Steve, is a "master teacher" who helped develop the standards of practice for duct cleaning. I doubt if you can find anyone finer to do this job! I was extremely pleased with their work. (Plus the price was right!)
